Check in time is 4 p.m., check out is 10 a.m.

Please Drive SLOWLY on Lake St, it is a private road with lots of children in the summer.

No sheets, towels or paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, etc.) provided at the Lakeside or Woodside cottages, please bring your own. 

We do offer Roku TV with limited cable in Lakeside and Woodside, along with limited internet access.

Lakeside has a DVD/VCR combo available

                                   Lakeside & Woodside Cottages

Both of our Bass Lake cottages share the private beach/lakefront and shared pier that is in front of the Lakeside Cottage.

Campfires are permitted on each property in the designated fire pit at Lakeside & Woodside.

Firewood is available, $5 bundle; unlimited for your stay check for fee and availability.

Kayak rental: 2 Kayaks available $35/daily, $100/week for both kayaks with signed liability waiver

Paddle boat rental: $20/daily, $50/week with signed liability waiver

A gas grill is available at Lakeside and Woodside, and there is a charcoal grill at Lakeside.  We do not provide lighter fluid or charcoal.

Quiet activities after 10:30 p.m. please.

You may bring your own boat to tie up to the provided pier and there is room on our property to park your trailer

No pets allowed. 

No smoking in cottages.

No camping in tents or sleeping in trailers permitted.

We ask that you respect your neighbors as our cottages are in a residential, vacation community. 

We also ask you to please drive slowly (10 MPH) on Lake Street as it is a private road and there are at times many small children walking and playing in the area.

We are not responsible for accidents or lost or stolen property.
